What happens after a patient is referred?

1) Verified
We verify benefits eligibility so there are no surprise bills later. We want patients to know what to expect. Please note any needs on the referral, such as a language translator or difficulty hearing, so we can provide the best appointment experience for the patient.
2) Scheduled
The patient is contacted and scheduled according to their preferences- in person or virtual appointment.
3) Supported
With a dietitian on their team, maximizing nutrition and improving health becomes possible through real life, attainable changes.
