My insurance isn't accepted. CAn I still see you?
Yes, we can still see you as a self-pay patient. Payment will be due at the time of service. Please see self-pay rates for fee amounts.
A “superbill” will be provided upon request for you to submit to your insurance. Some insurances will reimburse all or part of the fee. We would be considered an out-of-network provider by your insurance.

What is HAES?
HAES stands for Health At Every Size. As a non-diet, weight-inclusive dietitian, I recognize that bodies come in all sizes and shapes. This would be the case even if we all ate and moved the same!
I help clients develop habits that support their health, along with developing body positive patterns to support healthy eating and activity for life.
To learn more about HAES, check out the HAES principles here.
What about GLP-1's?
Does embracing HAES principles mean that it’s never appropriate to use a GLP-1? Of course not! I support many clients using GLP-1’s. GLP-1’s are a great tool for many people for many reasons.
When on a GLP-1, we work on managing side effects, guarding against metabolism adaptation, nourishing your body well, tapering and maintenance.
